Your porcelain veneers will be made by an experienced dental technician in our cutting-edge dental lab, using the latest technology and strongest materials, allowing them to be made extremely thin. You will typically require multiple visits to the dentist. To start your treatment, please
book a consultation with one of our veneers dentists.
Your dentist will thoroughly inspect your mouth to check for any existing fillings. To ensure the veneer sits naturally in line with your existing teeth, a small amount of the natural tooth will need to be removed. You may require a numbing treatment beforehand or, if you are an anxious patient,
dental sedation is available from our consultant anaesthetist. Your tooth may also need to be built up with a filling before the veneer can be applied, this will increase the length of your treatment.
Your dentist will make an impression of your teeth with a putty-like material. Your veneers are then custom-ordered from our dental lab, using these impressions to perfectly match your teeth and desired outcome.
When you next visit your dentist, they will glue your porcelain veneers to your teeth. Veneers need to be properly looked after to last as long as possible. Your dentist will advise how best to look after your veneers, and will advise regular check-ups and hygeine appointments to promote overall dental health.
